A MOMENTS PEACE!

Whew! Little did I know when I posted those Neurotic Posts months ago, that it really was neurotic posts. LOL. Today I had meltdown LOL. Not the kind that makes you lose what little bit of sense you have left, we all blackout sometimes LOL. But the kind that makes you totally tired because your mind and body have crossed paths after a long absence from each other. My reaction to this was a pair of tennis shoes, my Zune, and a walk that will stay in my legs memory for days! But before the walk I decided to sit down and list exactly everything I was up to. The plan was to walk it out, think about it and decide what I wanted to lighten up. I learned a long time ago I am a person that likes to keep it moving. And being such, I have a tendency to take on many projects (usually self imposed) at one time. So here's my list...

What do you do when you absolutely have to have a moments peace?

Ok now that I've put that out there... Sometimes I have some very vivid dreams. Usually when that happens I write them down as soon as I open my eyes. Last month I had one that stuck in my head and now... I am going to make it come out on the Canvas. This is just the beginning...

 

The Dream was based around my visit to a temple built at the base of a mountain in the far far away! Still a lot to do.  Back to the golden brick road I go. Have a colorful day/night! :-)

Party In Here!

Everyone once in a while, you just have to attend a party... in your own head. Keeps you smiling and dancing! Come on, have a lil fun with me!

LOVE IS IN THE....AIR?

 

 Love is in the....air?

I have to tell you, I read a tweet this morning by a well known entertainer in relation to Valentines Day that said "If you don't have love, you don't have anything!" Oh my. My first thought was, I truly hope the wrong person doesn't read that. A person that is influenced by the words of this 'entertainer'.  While I'm all for people having a way to express their love and a person to express it to, there are many people who don't have relationships on Valentines Day. And unfortunately, many who are extremely unhappy about it. Having a person they admire or respect throw it in their face and make it like they are less because they don't have a Valentines Day partner is just bad!  

The history of  Valentines Day and (St. Valentines) is mixed with various accounts, perceptions, assumptions and conclusions as to who and how. I think it's unfortunate that an element of society has turned into something that can make or break a persons spirit.

Everyday is a good day and a day of love if we allow ourselves that gift. I don't have a Valentines. But I am happier than your average bear :-)) Life is good and filled with good people, beautiful nature and so much more. 

So please, please, please, don't be influenced by nay sayers and negative people or people who make such statements as 'without someone to love and love you, you are nothing. If you love yourself, are enjoying your life and your Journey, and loving the people who have chosen to be on the Journey with you, friends, family, etc. YOU'VE GOT LOVE. :-)
